With over 20 years of HR leadership and consulting experience, Katie Tanner founded ClearPath HR Advisors to provide organizations with a more sophisticated, financially-integrated approach to human capital. Katie has developed deep expertise across all facets of human resources, including talent management, total rewards, performance management, and compliance.
