Opening General Session
Dare to Matter: The Unstuck and Unapologetic Drive to Matter More – Pete Smith In a world becoming dominated by technology, it's the people - who they are, what they know, what they do, and how they show up - that still matter most. "To matter" is to live with intention...to focus our talents, our skills, our knowledge, our desires, toward the ultimate goal of positively impacting the lives of others; to spend our lives in a relentless and unapologetic pursuit of Significance. To be significant, to matter, requires our intentional focus on six very specific pillars, each impacting the way we think, the things we do, and the results we create. This presentation will inspire you to action, not because you know with certainty that you matter, but because you're challenged and encouraged to explore just how much you can "Matter More".

General Session
Harmony or Melody? Either way, it's beautiful Music’s benefits extend beyond the physical; it reaches deep into our emotional and mental well-being. But the essence of this message goes deeper still. We all face moments of uncertainty about our identity and our place in the world—whether in our careers or personal lives. Just as harmony in music beautifully supports and enhances the melody, there are times when we need to adopt a supportive role at work or in our relationships, creating something truly special together. Regardless of our role, every person’s contribution is vital. When we come together in harmony, we create something profoundly beautiful and impactful.

Can We Admit We Are Burnt Out - Kyle Matthews Is burnout real? Is it something we should discuss? Are there medical executives who have recovered from burnout? The answer to all three is "yes" and it is time we had an open dialogue. As we know, physician burnout is a common discussion in meetings and conferences across the country. For those of us who lead medical organizations, we also need the resources and support in combating the immense pressures that are burdening our industry. Since the causes are well-known, this interactive session will focus on how executives can recharge, reset and/or rebrand to reduce or even overcome the impact of burnout. Attendees will be encouraged to share their own experiences as we engage in a healthy conversation to build peer support.
