    ABOUT THE WEBINAR
Sexual abuse and molestation (SAM) cases and allegations present serious threats to the safe and healing environment that patients expect in healthcare settings. The actual prevalence of sexual abuse by healthcare professionals is difficult to determine, as research indicates that only 5-10% of patients who experience sexual misconduct report the assault. The increasing number of SAM claims, combined with the rising costs associated with nuclear verdicts in these cases, not only cause harm to patients and staff, but also expose healthcare organizations to significant legal risks, financial losses, reputational damage, and higher insurance premiums. Organizations can protect themselves, patients, staff, and providers through implementation of evidence-based risk management strategies.

    ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Robin Bell, MBA, RN, CPG is a seasoned nursing professional with over 10 years of clinical experience including critical care, outpatient ambulatory management, post-acute care, and risk management. Currently, Robin works as a Healthcare Safety Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency, leveraging a strong commitment to quality and safety to design and implement personalized risk management programs for her clients, focusing on patient and employee safety. Robin has a specialized certification and training in sexual abuse and molestation prevention as a Certified Praesidium Guardian. Robin's unique blend of clinical experience and business acumen equips her to understand the operational aspects of healthcare while also connecting with frontline staff.

    ABOUT THE WEBINAR

Leading a medical practice can feel like playing whack-a-mole with problems that never stay solved—staff drama, inconsistent results, poor follow-through, team burnout. But what if none of those are the real issue?

In this session, Zed Williamson, Founder of Physician Growth Accelerator, will show you how most recurring problems in private practice are not people problems at all—they’re system problems disguised as people problems. You’ll learn how to spot and solve the actual root causes behind dysfunction, underperformance, and growth bottlenecks. Learn a proven framework for identifying constraints in your practice systems, communicating changes, and measuring the outcome.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
